EMG strengthens and extends Asian partner network with EMG Asiacom
October 22, 2012 - EMG, the leading international B2B PR and communications consultancy has consolidated its long-established relationships with local partner agencies in Asia with the formation of the regional EMG Asiacom network. The network provides local PR and communications expertise for key markets in the Asia Pacific region including China, Singapore, India, Japan, Korea and Australia.
EMG’s history of working with local agencies in Asia extends back more than 15 years. In 2004 it established its own presence in Asia with the opening of its Shanghai office, followed by Beijing in 2007. Over the past 8 years, the company has built a reputation as the leading B2B/industrial agency in China and today involves a team of over 25 local professional communicators.
Building on this local presence, and its operation in Singapore established in 2005, EMG has worked on strengthening its local partner relationships and forging a cohesive regional capability that offers clients a singular point of contact with proven B2B and industry know-how that can deliver across the region. Regional programmes are managed through EMG’s proprietary online tools and integrated into clients’ global structures as required. Programmes can be managed from Europe, Singapore or Shanghai as best suits the clients’ needs and structures.
In addition to EMG China, the EMG Asiacom partner agencies are:
- Tokyo PR, a specialist B2B practice with over 40 years’ experience in the Japanese market
- Comma Consulting, India, has offices in New Delhi and Mumbai and is backed by an extensive pan-India network able to deliver media relations support across the entirety of the sub-continent
- in Singapore, EMG has a strategic alliance with Ying Communications and operates under the EMG Industria brand providing a full service PR and marcoms capability
- Communications Korea, based in Seoul, one of the first independent PR agencies in the country and a specialist in trade and mass media communications.
Most recently the group was further extended with the addition of new member Max Australia PR based in Sydney, Australia who deliver the full range of public relations services with a strong focus on B2B and the technology sector.
“Our mission is to develop a genuine pan-Asia competency that delivers effective business communications for our clients,” says John Gallagher, International Development Director at EMG. “The Asian market is paramount in our global clients’ priorities, and with EMG Asiacom, our network of proven, quality professional PR practitioners, we are able to provide a comprehensive, flexible and scalable solution that delivers to EMG’s high standards.”
EMG Asiacom is also closely aligned with Eurocom Worldwide, the global network of independent B2B PR specialists founded by EMG in 2002.
